I'm approaching the two month mark since I've been dieting and I've dropped 25lbs so far. I started out dieting and walking, now I'm more focused on dieting and bike riding. I goal is to eventually be around 205lbs. Do you have any tips of how I can increase my overall health and new exercises?

Smaller caloric deficit. If fitness is your goal, figure out your TDEE and back off 20%. It will cut body fat and not so much affect lean muscle mass.0
