Is it weird that I get stared at sometimes by GOREGOUS women but they never say anything? All they have to say is hi and we can talk lol I don't look that good for them to be scared of talking.

Cutting vs Bulking (View My Pics then reply plz :))
I've been a little torn over what I should focus on. I'm very good at cutting and bulking but research shows you have to use a combination of the two. Should I focus on cutting or should I build muscle?????????????? Your advice is needed :)

Recovery days????
In the last few days I've done a day of cardio then a rest day then cardio, etc. I've noticed that I'm able to do more with the recovery days but should I rest a little less or keep up the routine?

Losing but gaining self confidence
You should lose weight for yourself before u lose weight because of the pressure from others. If you don't love yourself first, then you can't love anyone else. just a thought :)

My Personal HIIT Workout I designed (CHECK IT OUT)
Duration:10 minutes Workout goes through 2:30 minute invervals then a 30 second rest period. Each individual workout last for 30 seconds Burnout- Dumbell curls Burnout- Burpees Jog in place- after every rest period Burnout- Body squats Burnout- Lateral raises Burnout- Hammer curls Shadow boxing

I've been getting mixed reviews on how to continue my weight loss. I focused on eating around 1300-1500 calories a day the first three months.
