Cutting vs Bulking (View My Pics then reply plz :))

I've been a little torn over what I should focus on. I'm very good at cutting and bulking but research shows you have to use a combination of the two. Should I focus on cutting or should I build muscle?????????????? Your advice is needed

It depends on the look you want. I am cutting now and if I don't like the amount of muscle mass, i will add calories to start bulking. Most people I see cut during the spring/summer and bulk during the summer. One requires a deficit and one requires a surplus of calories. So pick what you want first.0
