My protein is ALWAYS over on my food goal but my calories and everything else are always under. Is this a good thing? I know that protein helps to build and repair muscles but I'm also trying to lose weight

MFP sets protien pretty low as a standard. Your diary isn't open so I can't tell how much protien you get a day. I work with 30-35% of my calories coming from protien on a 1200 calories diet.

Depending on the kind of training your doing, your protein could be set very low. You look like you are in prety good shape now. Are you doing any strength training currently. If so you may want to bump up that protien goal to a range of .8 to 1.5 grams of protien for every lb of lean body mass. There is absolutely no harm in increasing your protien intake to these levels. My diary is public. Take a look if it'll help.
