Plateau (STILL FLOATING FROM 252-255) but getting muscular

I still can't seem to kick start my weight loss like before but I'm starting to get more toned arms and my legs are incredibly muscular. Any tips on how to get leaner?

    You probably don't need to worry about the scale any more at this point just measure. It sounds like you are losing fat. Is the profile pic a resent one? How much protein do you eat?

    My profile pic was when I was around 239. The one with no shirt one is recent. I eat a lil over 100g of protein.

    do you have spike days? Yesterday was my spike day. I like to keep my calories varied from day to day.

    I swear there is a curse with these numbers!! Although you look great, and your a guy.. so it's irrelevant.. but I've been stuck here for about 3 months now!!

    I've upped my calories to about 2000 but it drops after exercise. I'm pretty constant with the numbers. Have one cheat meal per week. I think I'm losing fat and gaining muscle

    There are two things preventing you from dropping the weight....diet or your cardio. You need to either increase your cardio or decrease your calories. I'm in the same boat. I stay between 185 to 188, but I am still eating cake and ice cream once or twice a week as well. Once I stop that, I can easily get down to a lean 180 with 4% bodyfat. So clean up your diet or increase the cardio. Those are the only two things that will help you drop the fat.
