Juicing vs. Smoothies - a Difference in Benefits?
I keep seeing the benefits of juicing in books and documentaries such as, "Fat, Sick & and Nearly Dead". However I rarely see smoothies being mentioned. Am I missing something? I'm under the thinking the additional fiber in smoothies would be a plus.
