For me it works fantastic. I eat freely and just supplement. Before i'd crash around 3pm. At supper i'd have seconds and then lie on the couch. Now, i'm completely balanced. Shake in the morning and one of their bars in the afternoon in between my usual meals. Down 10 pounds in just a few weeks. Let me know if you have any…

Ever watch someone who has been doing a strict diet hit a buffet line? Don't be this person! lol The issue is that you're away doing stuff, forget to eat, and then come back starved. Eat small meals through out the day and remember why you're doing this.

Schedule the week in advance and prep meals on Sunday as much as I can. Otherwise I come home crankier than an oldand I'm not reaching for the brocoli.

Moderation... That simple. I learned what a serving size really was. Healthy eating, weights at the gym and threw in some cardio.

I use a on-the-go blender (called 'fit & fresh' maybe??) that I load up the night before. 20 second blend, switch the lid and I'm out the door. Works fantastic...
