Progress with muscles

So in the past I've lost weight by doing tons of cardio and restricting my calories. This time around I've been eating whole foods, strength training, and doing some cardio. I feel totally different and I'm excited with the visable changes in my body. Just wanted to share this pic. The top pic was about 12 weeks ago, about a month into my weight loss journey. The bottom one was yesterday. I've lost almost 30 lbs now and I'm feeling great.

How do I resize the picture to make it fit?
Go to wherever you have it hosted (photobucket, tinypic, etc.) The site will have a "resizing" option. Pick the size around 400 X 600 and once you do that, the picture will automagically resize itself here.0 -

I do a full body strength training routine at the gym. I alternate days between upper body, lower body, abs, and full body. I cahnge my routine every month so my body doesn't get used to the same thing. I also started carb cycling the past couple week and I feel like it has really helped me.
I've found that following what body builders/fitness competitors do can lead to great success. I'm working hard to keep my muscle up so that it can keep burning fat.0 -
