Help! I've been to a meeting once and it inspired me. I was a student at the time so I didn't have the money for it however now I am wondering if I should give it a try?

I love working out and eating healthy. My diet is the hardest part of course as I think it is for most of us.

I've never been on a diet before because i am naturally blessed with a very active metabolism lol.

Just wondering if anybody has ever tried it ? What are the pros and cons? What would you rate this product out of ten? Progress pics ?

It's an expensive MLM product line. If you want to include protein powder in your diet, buy the one that best fits your macros at the grocery or health food store.

I have a friend who uses/pushes Isagenix products and brags a ton about her weight loss--only a total of about 30 pounds in maybe 2 years. She really needs to lose at least 30 more and seems to regain easily.

You can do better by eating real food.

Just do this and keep the cals in check and you'll get where you want to be.

Im on isageneix first timer. And coming to an end to my 30 day programme have lost 4kgs from this product. I see this as a short term for me when goal has reached then slowly get into a good nutrition plan. Its totally up to you.

The problem here as I see it is that, in my opinion, nutrition and way of eating should be the first thing you change. If you can't sustain the way of eating in the long term, it's unlikely that the weight will stay off, from what I've read, and I'm pretty sure it's true. Instead of going for quick-like-bunny weight loss with expensive products, maybe it would be more helpful to learn about nutrition now, and slowly develop a way of eating you can live with for a long long time.

For me it works fantastic. I eat freely and just supplement. Before i'd crash around 3pm. At supper i'd have seconds and then lie on the couch. Now, i'm completely balanced. Shake in the morning and one of their bars in the afternoon in between my usual meals. Down 10 pounds in just a few weeks. Let me know if you have any other questions about it.

They recruit completely unqualified people to shill it to their mates for a discount. It's expensive, unnecessary and encourages unscrupulous people to make up lies about its effects to get sales.

It's a complete scam and the only people who benefit from it are the ones who sell it. Why do you think they push it so hard? You don't need to buy expensive, useless MLM products to lose weight. Set a reasonable calorie deficit, stick to it and the weight will come off.

All these people who claim "I lost x pounds on Isagenix/Beachbody/Advocare/Body by Vi/whatever" would have lost the exact same amount of weight if they'd done the same calorie/exercise levels eating the foods of their choice rather than shakes/bars. There's nothing magic about those products - actually they're overpriced and lower quality than shakes or bars you can buy from the nearest grocery store a lot cheaper. All their marketing hype is just that - hype.
