Post workout recovery foods / shakes

Wondering which foods or shakes are folks taking post workout to help with recovery?

    it does a body good.

    Actually I have vanilla whey- and I add that to my milk- so I get a double wammy of deliciousness and protein.

    At your level you don't need extra supplements and what not. Just eat if you are hungry and short on your calories for the day.
    Drink water.
    Stretch or Foam roll if you are sore.

    Chocolate milk, a peanut butter and banana bagel. Plenty of options out there depending on your dietary needs/preferences.
