Any body else wake up 2 lbs heavier??!
2 pound weight gain overnight - cannot understand this - at 1200 calories a day, exercising 5 days a week 45-60 minutes....anyone else had this issue? I am actually back where I STARTED 2 weeks ago ! Not particulary encouraging !

Anyone read The Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise -??
Just saw this in a magazine today - said you can lose 9 lbs a week - I find that hard to beleive - but will give it a try if anyone has tried it and had success.

WHAT?? How can this be?!
Today is one week on this program. How can yuo go from being pretty much sedentery and eating what you w:noway: ant to following 1200 calories and working on the elliptical 40-60 minutes each day and ONLY LOSE 2 pounds ! At this rate I'll be in a nursing home by the time I reach my goal !

water question
Other than filling you up is it really necessary to drink 8 cups a day or can you get by with less? Does it really help that much with losing the weight? Not a big water fan but if that's what it takes that's what I'll do !

Found a new web site while looking around for some recipes - I do WW points as well as this site - it's www.Laaloosh.com. The page brings up a lot of wonderful 2 point recipes - to the right of the page there are hundeds of other recipes.

Elliptical Exercise
Does anyone know how accurate the calorie count is on the exercise track? I entered 50 minutes on the elliptical and it came up that I used 585 caloires and then added that to my daily total of 1200 calories. It seems like a lot to burn in that period of time

Weight Watchers Points
I noticed on a few of the food entries (eggs for example) that they post the WW points. Many other foods listed do not have the points. Am wondering if anyone knows a way to get the point value on the web site rather than going to another link - in other words, I would like to be able to put the points into my daily totals…
