I am starting p90x sunday. I have a question regarding the nutrition plan. I am confused on how many calories to eat to maintain my energfy levels and still lose weight? I am also looking to eat similar to the meal plan, with the 1st month being more low carb-- any meal ideas would be appreciated too.
Hi- I was just wondering if any one has tried doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and c25k at the same time. I am starting c25k over again tomorrow and would also like to do the shred also. Thanks
