30day Shred and c25k

Hi- I was just wondering if any one has tried doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and c25k at the same time. I am starting c25k over again tomorrow and would also like to do the shred also.

Haven't done the shred, but love c25k.0

I do them both. Not always both on the same day. I try to switch it up sometimes,bike/shred...C25K./shred.... like that. Just depends on what I feel like doing and what I have energy for.0
