As I'm eating a snack of Bing Cherries I'm reminded of my Grandpa and how we used to snack on cherries together in the summer heat. :) Then I realize that when I eat pineapple I always think of my Great Aunt who would always give us pineapple when we came to visit. Training and Gaining
I've spent the last year losing weight and now I've begun training for a half marathon in April. I still have 10-15 pounds that I'd like to lose, but now that I've begun my training I'm gaining weight. I've actually gained 5 pounds in the last week. How can I continue to lose weight while still training?
