Training and Gaining

I've spent the last year losing weight and now I've begun training for a half marathon in April. I still have 10-15 pounds that I'd like to lose, but now that I've begun my training I'm gaining weight. I've actually gained 5 pounds in the last week.

How can I continue to lose weight while still training?

    You just have to accurately track your calories and eat less than you burn. If you are running a lot I recommend 1/2 lb loss per week so that you have enough energy to run well.
