Plateau/Calories/Training

I've hit a plateau and need some advice. First off, I've lost 75 pounds in the last year and am within 10 pounds of my goal weight. (Yay!) Secondly, I've begun training for a Half-Marathon that takes place in April. Thirdly, I'm usually coming in under my calorie goal for the day. I'm not hungry, I just don't get all of my calories in.
Now I'm sure that the training has something to do with my plateau, but how can I continue losing weight while strengthening and training for my half?
