Worst Soreness Ever!
I've began my strength training this week and it's been working amazingly. But today I am so sore I can't even bend over to pick stuff up. Is there anything I can do to make this go away faster? I have shin splints, but only in one leg! Should not do cardio until it's gone? How do I make it go away? I'm so confused...:/

Continuous Snacking.
I'm in dire need of assistance! Since I've been working out more, all I've wanted to do is snack..all day.. Is that okay or no? All I have in my house right now is chocolatey stuff, and trust me, I've been eating it. So should I just starve and wait till my meals? What are good snacks I can buy to make it not a big deal?

I'm starting my period this week and it's usually the worst thing ever. I sit on the couch watching things like Titanic and just feel depressed. What do you guys do to stay motivated during that stupid time?
