I don't know about you ladies.... But I don't like to have like perfect ABS, but I would love to have a flat stomach and be able to see the ABS definiticion..... The more I workout, the more I want to eat... does it happens to you guys too???? It kinda make sense because you burn a lot of calories and you use a lot of energy and your body will want to take all the energy back.... but it drives me NUTS!!

how to say no?
I have the horrible habit to eat ice cream or cookies at night.... I was good for a week.. But then I went to the hair style and they destroyed my hair, I got depress and ate cookies non-stop... Now it is extremelly hard to go back to no eat dessert after 2:30pm..
