from flat stomach to ABS

I don't know about you ladies.... But I don't like to have like perfect ABS, but I would love to have a flat stomach and be able to see the ABS definiticion.....

I found this video that shoes some good ABS exercises that I found pretty good... Hope you like it!

    I like having a flat stomach without visible abs.

    ITA. Washboard abs look great on a man. On me, not so much.
