So I started MFP just over a week ago and when starting I read all the information about if you were origanolly not eating enough you might gain weight when starting the program before you start to loose. I realized I was eating almost 500 calories under what is healthy, so I didn't expect to have a big initail weight…
I had a stressfull day today and when I got home from school I had the urge to stuff my mouth with everything in sight. But tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to start fresh. I'm trying not to stress out about it, nothing good will come from it, these things happen.
Hi everyone, I'm new to this and I'm a little confused. By the end of the day I'll have over 200 calories left, but I'll be in the negative digits for carbs, Do I go ahead and eat my remaining calories and add to my carb intake or not? Since it's hard to find 0 carb food.
