Any thoughts on Bolthouse Green Goodness? I love it but the sugar is pretty high. I know it's all natural sugar so does that make it OK?

Always have calories left over....?
Looking to lose about 60lbs. Been working out 5 days a week but I'm not sure how my calories are. My food journal is open....I always have calories left at the end of the day. Any suggestions/advice?

Motivation - Working 2 Jobs
Any suggestions on how to get motivated when working 60-70 hours a week? I currently have 1 day off a week and finding the time and/or motivation is pretty tough. Some days I work from 8am until midnight...sometimes later. Any suggestions are welcome :)

Advise/Encouragement
So for the past week, I've been eating 1200 calories or less daily and I've been aiming for 30-45 minutes of cardio each day. Anyone have any suggestions/advice on how to lose the weight? My goal is 50-60 lbs by June. Would love to hear what has worked for other people!
