Dropping the body fat %
I have been trying all sorts of different plans from tons of cardio to high weight training to circuit training mixed with a lot fat and healthier diet and the BF% STILL doesn't seem to change. I don't know what I am doing wrong? I lost 29 lbs, but my BF% stayed around 26%. Any thoughts? Any ideas? I know no one plan works…

Heart Rate Monitor: Staying in the burn zone.
Does anyone else have trouble staying in their burn zone? I have been using my HRM when doing my weight training and lately during the rest between sets my heart rate is dropping back to normal VERY quickly. I want to stay in my burn zone can I burn the extra calories, but it isn't happening. Any thoughts?

Bagel Substitute??
Anyone know a good substitute in the morning for my bagel with my eggs? I figured a multi-grain whole wheat bagel wouldn't be so horrible, but it's still 49g of carbs. I love the bagel, but it's either cut it out completely, eat 1/2 or find a suitable substitute. Ideas?
