In one of the earlier posts about weighing in, I had read in many of the posts people noted movement can effect weighing in...I was curious as to how this affects your weight...thanks
This might sound really stupid but maybe someone can expain it to me...using the exercise tracker why do you not burn more calories if you can walk/run the same mileage in a shorter amount of time than before losing weight.....i thought since you are walking at a faster pace you would ....just wondering...thanks
Recently I re-calculated my calorie intake....but noticed that now # of proteins, carbs, fat seem to change daily on the mfp food dairy...is that correct...just wondering
As a part of the ab. challenge at curves, we are encouraged to give up pop/soda ...I am going to try this for the entire month...anyone else want to join in...i love my diet pepsi!!!
