Anybody sneak exercise into their work routine?
What are some tricks you use to sneak exercise into your work routine? I work at a hospital so I'm constantly walking (3-5 miles a day on most days). I try to take the stairs at work when I can and I will squeeze my abdominal muscles (when I remember) while I'm standing.

Is there such a thing as "too sore" to workout?
I am recovery from an ACL/Meniscus repair and 2 weeks ago (at 10 weeks post op) I was given my surgeon's blessing to run again. Lose appetite after working out...
I find that after a super intense workout I lose my appetite for at least 24 hours. I bring a protein bar for after and only eat it to fuel my body but it doesn't appeal to me. Has anybody else experienced this? I don't do shakes at all so those are not an option for me.

Working nights makes me blow my diet
Let me preface this by saying I have been sleep deprived due to work and my gout. Gout is improving but the severe sleep deprivation has caused me to want bad carbs. Significant Water weight gain on the night shift
I work the night shift and am on my feet for a good part of 12 hours.
