Progress Check - Minus 80 lbs
Started my diet Jan. 31...the first pic is from late Dec. 2011, I was at least 334. Then 10 weeks in, minus 40 lbs. Finally, 23 weeks and minus 81 lbs. I am down 84 lbs this morning.

Re-setting Goals
Has anyone gotten to their goal and decided to go on and lose more? I'm getting close to my goal (within 30 lbs) and I'm already thinking about losing a little more. I set a goal of 220 lbs, 113.6 lbs lost. I started Jan. 31st and my goal date is Nov. 6th...40 weeks. If I keep my pace I should hit my weight loss goal…

NSV! New notch in my belt
Before I started down this weight-loss path I had almost outgrown my belt. I was at the last (5th) notch. Over the past couple weeks or so I had been at the first notch. Yesterday I had to pull my pants up all day long, so this morning I put a new notch in my belt! Woohoo!

Progress Check -40 lbs
OK, got the pic to show up. Here is my first before / during picture. I am 1/3 of the way to my goal. I started the diet Jan 31st and I've lost 41 lbs. I have an intermediate goal of 60 lbs lost by the time I leave for summer vacation June 7th. Overall goal is to weigh under 220 which would have me losing close to 120 lbs.

I started a diet competition with a group of coworkers on Jan 31st. I downloaded the MFP iPhone app a couple days later. As of today I have lost a little over 36 pounds! I started at about 334 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been. I am down to about 297 lbs. My goal is 220 lbs, which would put me at the weight I graduated…
