Started my diet Jan. 31...the first pic is from late Dec. 2011, I was at least 334. Then 10 weeks in, minus 40 lbs. Finally, 23 weeks and minus 81 lbs. I am down 84 lbs this morning. Great work to all that have posted in this thread!!! Keep it up.
