Ok, i will admit...the infomicial got me! i ordered the T25 program a few weeks ago and started on Monday. Is anyone else doing this? wondering how it is going. just finished day 3 week 1 of the Alpha! talking about butt kicking! lol
Ive been thinking about changing my chair at work to one of those balance chairs with the exercise ball in it. I was just curious how well it work to help with core strength and compfort. I thought you would have to be tall to make it work, im about 5'6". does anyone have it? how often do you use it?
Does anyone else have this problem!! Before the surgery, I would drink tons of water....literally! But now I find it hard to get 8 glasses in a day. What are some of the things that you are doing to get your water in? I’m almost to the point that I should set and alarm on my phone to drink my water!
I have not gotten to the point where i LOVE to work out, however I am at the point where I NEED to work out. My Knees don't like that I love Zumba so I need some tips to help my poor knees out!! Lord knows I dont need another excuse to not work out!! HELP!
