Help me, I'm always under in protein
Hi everybody! I was analyzing my food diaries from the last two weeks, and I noticed I'm always under in protein. I eat meat everyday and an egg every other day, I drink milk, and some nuts everyday as well. I don't know what else can I eat so I bring my protein intake up. Any ideas?? Thanks!!! :flowerforyou:
