Help me, I'm always under in protein

Hi everybody!

I was analyzing my food diaries from the last two weeks, and I noticed I'm always under in protein. I eat meat everyday and an egg every other day, I drink milk, and some nuts everyday as well. I don't know what else can I eat so I bring my protein intake up.

Any ideas??

    There is always protein shakes if you can't seem to get enough. I can't seem to get enough healthy fat in my diet and have to resort to less healthy foods to bring my fat intake up. Unfortunately I don't think the make fat shakes and if they did I don't think I'd want to drink it.

    Just a few........


    Protein.....cottage cheese, yogurt, tuna (or any other fish)


    Healthy fat.....olive oil (or sunflower, corn, etc.) nuts and fish

    Omlettes using egg beaters. 1 cup (4 eggs) is 120 calories. Protien supplements also work.
