Anyone else need to lose 150lbs
I started Monday on a new diet have a long way to go. Need some support from someone with around the same goal as mine. been on this site for 2 years without results. Im not blaming the site this is a great tool I blame myself but this time im going to do it. Just need a little push from time to time.

what should be my goal weight
im 6 feet 5 inches tall large frame realistically what weight should i be at? charts are saying 207lbs i think thats a little to light for me.

im 37 years old just started back at the gym and need some help with what excercises to do i go on the tread mill but dont feel like im getting a great workout.

been slacking alot the last 6 months and gained back all the weight i lost the first time. but not this time im changing my life cant deal with the weight anymore.
