What is that saying again? Something along the lines of... "It takes 12 weeks for others to notice..." It basically talks about weight loss and how long it takes us and others to see our results...
These last few days I've been going over on my Protein intake... is this bad? I try to work out about 80 minutes a day, aiming to burn atleast 600 calories. I've figured I need the extra protein. Is it okay to go over here?
