What is that saying again?
Something along the lines of...
"It takes 12 weeks for others to notice..."
It basically talks about weight loss and how long it takes us and others to see our results...

“It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks. Don’t QUIT!”0

Hadn't heard that one before, I like it! I've also heard that when you've lost 10% of your body weight is when other people start to notice. That seems maybe more accurate than "days" because everyone loses at a different rate so not really sure how much weight is supposed to equate with hoe many days.0

I'd add, and 16 weeks before anyone mentions it.0
