I know everybody's bodies are different and we all run differently but I was just curious...
What exercise works for you the best? I need new routines. I do the 30 day shred and pilates occasionally.

I've heard rowing because it works so many muscle groups. But honestly the best exercise is what ever keeps you interested and motivated. I enjoy biking but can sustain myself during the winter w/ running and lifting.

Dancing. Swing dancing especially, but any kind will do. It's the one kind of exercise that I am happy to do and it motivates me to want to be in better shape so that I can dance more/longer/better.

Recumbent bike. I have problems with my back and hips, so the bike works great for me.

    i'm an endo-mesomorph /hourglass

what's been working for me is moderate deficit in calories (500-700 calories), lifting heavy frigging weights in compound exercises 3 days a week (squats, deadlifts, pushups, lat pull downs, planks, step ups, front squat push presses, overhead squats, etc); 3 hours a week of easy-moderate cardio and 90 minutes of moderate - hard cardio (including HIIT)

    swimming :D i burn around 500+ for just 30 minutes :D
im also walk for 1hr (semi-fast pace, brisk) jogging for 1 mnute then 10min walk then 1min (or less) rest and do the whole thing again till i reach 60 mins.

I add some strength training too once or twice a week :)
Zumba - its loads of fun and also a great calorie burner

    all works for me :)
