Goal Weight Help?

what's your current and goal weight? just curious. I currently weigh 126 and I am aiming for 111. I'm muscular so thats why my gw is on the higher side :)

Eat BMR or net BMR?
What's better? If I eat my BMR but net below my BMR due to exercise will I go into "starvation mode"? I kind of feel like it doesn't matter how much you exercise. If you eat your BMr, everything else you burn off is just extre. Your body doesn't know what 'net' means. Or am I wrong?

What is resistance training?
I know what it is, technically. But I was wondering, do bodyweight exercises count as resistance training? Or do you have to be using weights? I don't and wont anytime in the near future have access to a gym.... Can I still resistance train at home?

calories... confused?
I don't know how many calories to eat. I have read through all of the links in here and done a lot of searches but I'm just getting more and more confused. I'm 5'6", in high school (17 years), and I play 3 sports a year. Lacrosse in the spring, and cross country/distance running the rest of the year. I work out on my own…
