Flavoured Water. What do you add?
I was having issues enjoying drinking water, probably because I was dehydrated, so decided to make it more palatable. I decided to put frozen mixed berries and a thin slice of lemon for flavour, Vit C & antioxidants. + it adds another serve of fruit/veg to my diet for the day :) What do you add?

How much green tea is too much
I was drinking a good 2-4 cups of green tea a day (Lipton Green Tea- Vanilla) with 1 packet of splenda per cup. After a few days I lost my appetite, and I continued drinking it. It was great. food diary comments
I just want to say that I am quite annoyed by the fact that people comment on peoples food diaries before they review it. In particular, when someone eats under their calorie goal I have seen an increased number of people leaving positive feedback without actually looking at the amount of food being eaten.
