anyone tried carrots in porridge (/oatmeal)?
I've seen recipes for carrots in porridge and as these two things are my two favourite foods I wondered what your verdict is on having them together? Does the grated carrot stay in bits or does it dissolve into the porridge?

Loss of period
Haven't had a period since last June. I am still in the normal category for my BMI and am now focusing on maintaining rather than losing weight. Before and After- almost there!
Before: (2010) Now: (2012) Not sure how much weight loss exactly but roughly one and a half stone. Keep trying to switch to maintenance, binging and regaining a couple of pounds so having to diet again. Hopefully I will have finished dieting by January next year though. :)

Anyone female in uk age roughly 18-30 want to be a motivation buddy? Basically text each other every once in a while encouraging and checking up on progress. There's something about it being a text I think that is so much more personal and therefore makes you more likely to feel you should behave :)

Delicious and sin free... Freeze 100g grapes (that's quite a lot) = only 64 kcal Then dip into Chocolate Philadelphia 15g (also a lot, I had some left over)= 45kcal Total= 109 kcal Really filling, yummy and you don't have to feel guilty... ENJOY :D
