I'm losing weight but not SIZES... suggestions?

Upping my calorie intake to avoid plateauing
I am currently at 1200 calories now and after 1.5 months I have finally hit my plateau. I have read to up your calorie intake by about 200-300 calories to avoid plateauing, but the problem is that I am not hungy enough to eat that much more!!! Last minute weight loss for vacation!
I have lost about 13 pounds so far but I am going on vacation in about 1 1/2 months (May 19) and would like to maximize my weight loss to its fullest.
