T25/P90x3 and mfp calories
Hi- I was just curious to how come the t25 and p90x3 both have such different calorie requirements? T25 recommended me do 1600 and p90x3 was 3000 for weight loss. When I set MFP up for a 1.5-2 lb drop a week it gave me around 1600 calories. I just want to know the proper calories and should I just go with MFP and ignore…

Allergies and exercise
Hi I have been trying to up my intensity on exercise with some classes but notice that my allergies start to inhibit me and make me feel nauseous . I'm on allergy meds , it's just that time of year. Anyone experience this or have advice ? I get about 1/3 way in and feel like I have to puke /gag. Thanks

Ketosis and Keto Sticks
I would like opinion on whether or not I should be concerned that I am on day 4 of Ketosis and yet my Keto Sticks are not turning purple/trace yet? I am exercising, consuming atleast 8 bottles of water a day. Not consuming too many calories, adequate protein, and less that 20 carbs ( closer to probably 10/15) a day.
