T25/P90x3 and mfp calories

Hi- I was just curious to how come the t25 and p90x3 both have such different calorie requirements? T25 recommended me do 1600 and p90x3 was 3000 for weight loss. When I set MFP up for a 1.5-2 lb drop a week it gave me around 1600 calories. I just want to know the proper calories and should I just go with MFP and ignore the calories recommended by the program?

    Personally, I would set-up my MFP profile before exercises then add back the exercise calories and eat a portion back, about half. With 45 lbs. to go, I would shoot for about 1.5 lbs per week.
