What's the difference between strength and weight training?
I know, it's such a stupid question and will probably be blindingly obvious when someone points it out, but I'm a complete newbie at exercise. I keep reading that it's important to combine my cardio with strength training, but I'm not entirely sure what that is *hangs head in shame*

Never done strength training before! Help!!
Now that I am getting my diet under control, and doing some form of cardio every day, I want to start strength training.. But I don't know what to do!! Any ideas? Links? Routines? I don't have access to a gym at the moment, and the only weights I have is 1 dumbell with 2 2.5 kilo weights.

Hey, so I just did this "100 Challenge": • 100 jumping jacks • 90 crunches • 80 squats • 70 leg lifts • 60 jumping jacks • 50 crunches • 40 squats • 30 leg lifts • 20 jumping jacks • 10 superman This is calisthenics, yes? Also, how do I know if I did a light/moderate effort, or vigorous effort?
