Feeling like you ate too much...
so... I'm not real big on fruits (cause my mind tends to stay stuck in low carb Atkins mode) and prefer vegetables (a very selective group though). If i have to take a week off....
I'm on week 7 but due to it being my oncall (IT production support) week this week and seems everything that can blow up IS I haven't been able to keep my workout schedule which includes running after work. So I wonder...If I take a week off should I start the whole program over (re-train my legs/lungs), repeat week 7…

I'm have 6 days left on the C25K (Zen Labs) program and I should be excited but the longer runs are boring me. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe I need to start running with someone to keep me/it interesting???...
