Feeling like you ate too much...

so...
I'm not real big on fruits (cause my mind tends to stay stuck in low carb Atkins mode) and prefer vegetables (a very selective group though). I have had mostly fruit and vegetables today and I feel like i have had too much to eat. :noway: Usually around this time (2PM CST) my stomach is about ready to scratch my back

It's almost like having an epiphany...:flowerforyou:
I really need to retrain my brain to incorporate fruit daily. I like it, but I can't help but wonder if this fullness feeling is because I didn't have my usual 2.5 mile lunch walk today (rainy week) or is it really the added fruit?....Hmmm.....
