Sedentary or Moderately Active?
I sit at a desk for work 8 hours a day but I also go to the gym 5 days a week. I'm trying to figure out my daily caloric needs to lose weight since I'm struggling, so I want to reevaluate my diet. I'm 31 yrs old and my BMR is 1559.

Losing inches but not body fat

Losing weight = Easy brusing??
It seems that the more weight I lose and more fit that I become, the more bruises seem to pop up on my legs. And that's the only place they appear. I like to snack on postachios (sp?) or almonds and those seem to help curb the appetite. But i get tired of eating the same thing.
