Does anyone know how to calcuate the calories burned by going up and down stairs? I don't have a lot of time so I try to walk on my work breaks and do the stairs at work at lunch but don't really know how to count it. My heart rate is up when I am done, so I know its doing something, but I'd like an accurate count on this…
