I just got a fitbit and I can't seem to figure out why the fitbit itself will not sync with the fitbit.com website. We have tried everything to fix it that we can think of including un-nstalling and re-installing the program, re-setting the fitbit itself, messing with the website, emailing customer support (which takes days for them to get back to you). Since there is not a "real" person I can call at fitbit, I'm at a lose, this stupid thing is just not working right! Thanks for any help you might have!!!

    It took customer support about 24 hours to get back to me. I just kept playing with mine, there is a reset button on stand, if you put your fitbit on the stand and press the button, then reinstall the software and try to connect, then sometimes that works (might have to try a couple of times) It took me a couple of days to get mine to sync with my computer, but it was so worth it.
