stair climbing

Does anyone know how to calcuate the calories burned by going up and down stairs? I don't have a lot of time so I try to walk on my work breaks and do the stairs at work at lunch but don't really know how to count it. My heart rate is up when I am done, so I know its doing something, but I'd like an accurate count on this site and best I have found was "vigorous steps" and I have used that but not sure I should. Any idea's/help would be appreciated! Thanks.

hey
I used to do the same thing every day I would park on the roof of the parking garage and take the stairs!
If you go to exercise and search for "walking" the last option on the screen is "walking - upstairs" I used to log with that.
good luck!0
