I have been drinking diet coke to replace the coke I used to drink and was wondering about the effects of caffeine on weight loss. Can anybody offer some insight?

The Wife
I worked with a guy who ALWAYS referred to his wife as 'THE WIFE". He never used her name, never said "my wife". It was always 'THE WIFE". Is this offensive the "THE WIVES" out there?

Words or phrases that should be banned
Do you have a word or phrase that just drives you crazy when you here it? Mine is "It is what it is". I HATE this phrase. I think it makes the person saying it look like an idiot.

Best car you owned and wish you never got rid of?
I owned a 1966 Corvette that had low miles and totally original. I bought it from the original owner. Sold it 18 months later for 50% more than I paid. Wish I still had that car today. Oh well.:sad:
