What would you consider the best live show you ever attended?
I saw the Stones in 1989 at the first show of the Steel Wheels Tour at Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia.
I recently saw Muse and they were phenominal.
But last month I was in the second row for The Black Keys. It's hard to say that The Black Keys could even compare to the Stones but the experience was tremendous. Maybe because I shared it with my 2 teenage boys.

I am probably going to be mocked beyond belief for admitting this, but I went to the NKOTB reunion concert back in 2008 and it was absolutely amazing! I loved them when I was a kid but never got to see them, so I jumped at the chance of seeing them in concert. Sure, it was a little funny hearing 40 year old men sing about 'shorties', but they put on a really great show. I'll go and hide in my corner now...0

Beethoven's 9th with an accompaniment of a 300 person choir and 4 soloists. 4th movement may be the greatest piece of music ever written.0

Brooks and Dunn a few years back or Brad Paisley last year. Blake Shelton was pretty good a few months ago too.0

I get mocked beyond belief when I admit this to people. First, a little background.
I love music, especially live, so I've seen a variety of different music genre in concert. Aerosmith, Moody Blues, Michael W. Smith, The Eagles (when they did the inauguration concert at the American Airlines Center), NKOTB with BSB, Bon Jovi, They Might Be Giants, Neil Diamond. Grew up in New York City, and frequented Broadway a lot when I was a kid. Les Miserables, Cats, Beauty and the Beast, Phantom of the Opera, Man of La Mancha.
Loved them all! Except for Michael W. Smith. Hubby and I walked out in the middle of that one. But the absolute, by far, greatest concert I've ever been to was...
George Michael. No question, without a doubt. It was about 4 years ago, and he moved around the stage just like he did back in his Wham! days. Voice was amazing. The energy in that arena was incredible. He was on our list of "acts we want to see no matter what the cost". Very expensive tickets and worth every penny!
Go ahead, mock me if you must.0 -
The Cure.
I love them!!0 -
I'm sure I am dating myself, but Aerosmiths Back in the Saddle tour 1982 was my first concert0

Every Avenged Sevenfold concert I have been to (7 and counting) has been amazing. But the first show I went to after their drummer passed away was so touching and heartbreaking. Their emotions were so raw and the support from the fans was unbelievable.0

-
In my "younger" days, I would have to say as far as the actual show, Marilyn Manson...all, like 6 concerts I went to of his.
I saw Incubus during their most recent tour and I really really enjoyed that...0 -
Sugarland second row of the pit , Jimmy Buffet, Aerosmith, and Lynard Skynard.. Those were my favs.0
