I use the diary not to belittle you I use it to help me convince myself it is ok to be bad at times, otherwise I have extreme guilt if I am the slightest off. It is just me, the way I am. STRESS!!!
Mom just had a rectal prolapse, surgery next week. Have 4 kids, a full time job and my Mom is my babysitter. I also have no vacation days and can't just take time off, going into busy season.:frown: Eating an exercise rough right now

Anyone out there with moderate to severere psoriasis out there? I find I feed my depression with all the wrong foods and tend to binge.
