Me too. My plateau has lasted a month so far. Weekends are when I overindulge in bread, alcohol etc so I've really focussed on that. Haven't changed my exercise at all because it's pretty good as it is. I've finally noticed this week that my measurements have decreased a bit although my weight hasn't changed. I feel like a million dollars though so weight loss is secondary to a healthy body and self esteem.

what sort of things do you eat?
  • I've noticed that I switch it up in my diet it helps. Sometimes I'll indulge and that helps me lose. I drink a lot of water which helps and I found the more protein I eat the easier the lbs come off. I need to do strength training and have decided to do the 30 day shred which shod help shock my body into losing some more.
  • You have to change up your workout every few weeks or so, or your body will plateau and the weight will start comming off at a very slow rate or not at all. Best way is to do one type of workout for a couple of weeks then as your body starts to adjust to it, change it up for a couple of weeks.

not losing at all or just not losing how much you want? Those are totally different.
